Timothy Lubniewski - Founder/Managing Member
Tim has over 25+ years of construction experience with 18 of them as an owner. Having started out with a small residential company growing it into a larger commercial company; he has experienced the kind of growth that accompanies seeing a business go from 5 to 40 employees. Educated at the state university at Albany with a BA in economics, he utilized his education in business and construction to help train/teach employees in all areas of the construction field. He has been recognized by Cambridge’s Who’s Who in business and is most proud of his team at Paving Associates for the recognition given to them by the Paving Maintenance Industry as a 2018 Top National Contractor.
Michael Piazza - Founder/Managing Member
Michael Piazza is a principle partner with over 20 yeas experience in the asphalt and concrete industry. Michael is the visionary partner of Paving Associates as he works closely with our clients and oversees sales and estimating. For the past 20 years Michael has been on the front lines with his crews working side by side providing the quality work with exceptional customer experiences that we have built our name and reputation on.
Joe Carman - Project Manager
Joe has an extensive background in finance and implements a unique perspective by applying his analytical mindset in his role as Project Manager. His roles include, project cost analysis, expense reporting, performance tracking, cost analysis, budgeting, estimating and scheduling.
